Happy Islanders RV

  Living Forest 2021 Another great campout at Living Forest.  Many members on the road so the turnout was just 5 units.  But we still had a great time.  We held a pot luck on Tuesday night and had enough leftovers to do it again on Wednesday. We were graced with the presence of some former members.  Both Lynda as well as Nick and Judy dropped by for a visit.  It was great to see them again. The hiking crew was out in full force. All in all it was a great campout and the weather was perfect.

  A piece of Paradise.  Although we missed this campout last year due to Covid-19 our four day stay here made up for it.  We had ten units attending and the weather could not have been better. Our primary activity both night and day.  Elaine and Dave surprised us during our afternoon gathering with a box of fancy donuts from the Donut Shop in Port Alberni.  Thanks, Elaine and Dave, they were delicious and none went to waste. We also had a club sponsored hamburger BBQ followed by an ice cream treat.  I hope everyone enjoyed themselves and had enough to eat. And when it did get too hot . . . Some guests. I hope everyone enjoyed their stay and plan to do it again next year. See you in July at Living Forest.
