HIRV Octoberfest 2019 A great ending to a great season. Turkey dinner served with all the trimmings. No-one went home hungry. We had 10 units attending with 31 people at the dinner. "Trash Can Turkey", the beginning, in between and the final results. A shout out to the McLeod's for this great idea. It may become a ritual. And a big "Thank You" to everyone who contributed to the preparation of the trimmings. The Ovies, last year's winners, presented the coveted Burnt Stick award to the Campbells who, by the way, walked away with the Perfect Attendance award as well. Congratulations Evelyn and Lorne.
